Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses thetrustprocess.llc (the “Site”) or submits information through any form or booking flow on the Site. The Site is operated by The Trust Process, a business run by Hayden Danielson and Vanja Vukas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance by using the Site

Accessing or using any page of the Site, or booking the Digital Trust Walkthrough through GoHighLevel, constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

The free Digital Trust Walkthrough

The Digital Trust Walkthrough is a complimentary 15-minute consultation offered at no charge. During the Walkthrough, we review a roofing contractor’s website, follow-up cadence, Google Business Profile, and search visibility and deliver three written artifacts summarizing what we find. You keep those artifacts regardless of whether you become a client.

We reserve the right to limit the number of Walkthroughs we run in any given week and to decline requests at our discretion. Booking a Walkthrough does not create a client relationship or a contract for ongoing services.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this Site, in the Walkthrough, or in any written artifact we produce constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes. Marketing and conversion results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the contractor’s operations, competition, and follow-through on recommendations. We do not promise a specific number of leads, a specific revenue increase, or any specific return on investment.

Any examples, frameworks, or findings we share are based on our experience and research. They are provided for informational purposes only and may not apply to your specific situation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, code, and frameworks, is owned by The Trust Process unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

The three artifacts we produce during your Digital Trust Walkthrough are shared with you for your own use. You may use them internally. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute them as your own work.

Third-party tools

The Site uses GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to manage bookings. By booking the Walkthrough through the GoHighLevel booking widget you are also subject to GoHighLevel’s terms of service. We use Plausible for privacy-first analytics. We do not control the practices of third-party platforms and are not responsible for their terms or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Trust Process and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the Walkthrough, or any artifacts we produce. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or its services is limited to zero dollars, as all services described on this Site are offered free of charge at the time of these terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or available at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in accordance with applicable United States federal or state law. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Privacy

How we handle the information you submit through the Site is described in our Privacy page. These terms incorporate the Privacy page by reference.
