Who we are

What the Walkthrough form collects

When you fill out the booking form on this site, we collect your first name, your business name or website URL, and your crew size. When you then schedule through the GoHighLevel booking widget, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) collects your email address and phone number directly inside the booking flow. We use all of these to prepare for and run the Digital Trust Walkthrough call.

After you submit the form, your inquiry data is sent to GoHighLevel, a CRM and booking platform we use to manage appointments and follow-up. It may also be routed through an automation service (n8n) so that our team receives a prompt notification and your contact record is created in our CRM. What we collect automatically

When you submit the booking form, our server reads your IP address to rate-limit submissions and block spam. We do not keep it. We do record your browser and device information (the user agent string your browser sends), the URL of the page you submitted on, and the URL of the page you came from if your browser provides one, so we can understand where leads come from.

Where data is stored

Booking inquiry data is processed through GoHighLevel (our CRM and booking platform) and also written to a Google Sheet. Access to the sheet is limited to our two operators. GoHighLevel may store your contact record on its own infrastructure in accordance with its privacy policy.

Third parties

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Handles booking scheduling and CRM contact management. GoHighLevel collects your email and phone number directly inside the booking widget and stores your contact record. Their privacy policy is at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
• n8n (automation). An automation service that may receive your inquiry data so our team is notified and your record is created in GoHighLevel. n8n acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.
• Google Sheets.The tool we use to store form submissions. Data sits in Google's infrastructure. Access is limited to our team.
• Plausible Analytics. We use Plausible to count pageviews and track basic site interactions. Plausible is cookieless, does not track you across other sites, and collects no personal data. Their approach is documented at plausible.io.
• YouTube (video embed).The homepage embeds a short video hosted on YouTube, loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies or collect viewing data only once you press play. Their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or any other third-party trackers on this site.

SMS messages

If you give us a phone number and check the consent box during booking, you may receive text messages from us related to your appointment, follow-up questions, or work we are doing for you. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop.

Data retention and your rights

We keep form submissions as long as there is an active or recent client relationship. You can email hayden@thetrustprocess.info to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this page

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top tells you when. Older versions are kept in our repository commit history.
